The information you provide us when ordering inspections including, but not limited to, Policy Numbers, Policy Information, Expiration Dates, Loss Data, Information about Clients, Business and Agency is shared only with those who would conduct the physical or phone inspection with your client.
Information developed in the course of the inspection is not provided to anyone except the person(s) ordering the inspection or their designee. We will not provide copies of reports, information concerning recommendations or any other data to anyone other than those indicated above without your written permission.
We do not sell or voluntarily furnish information to any third parties for marketing purposes or any other reason.
Copies of inspection reports are retained on electronic media in our systems that are password protected and accessible only to authorized personnel.
Should your relationship with us end, we will continue to follow the privacy policies described above to the extent we retain information for or about you. If we no longer need to retain that information, we will dispose of it in a secure manner.
